“One of my favorite accomplishments with HECHO is our work on the methane rule. Out of every state, New Mexico was number one in pushing for this methane rule, and that was all due to HECHO. Our impact, whether at the state or federal level, is tremendous,” says Rock Ulibarri, Advisory Board member of HECHO who joined the organization in 2015 and is proud of all its accomplishments.
